    In 2007, JCI Taiwan,Chung-Li will present you a gift from JC. It is not happened in the past, nor in the future, but a wholesome souvenir appearing in May for all JC members, which is the 2007 JCI ASPAC. We with earnest hearts invite your participation, no matter where you are, abroad or domestically alike, so that we can witness together the endeavor of Taiwan and JCI Taiwan, Chung-Li.

JCI Taiwan, Chung-Li. have been devoting great efforts throughout many arduous days, supported and dedicated together by many seniors, staff, and many members, eventually JCI Taiwan, Chung-Li is ready to welcome honorable JC representatives to arrive in Taiwan. We shall be honest and sincere to entertain every guest. At every working location, all staff members are pondering from every perspective how to contribute more vigor, more passion and more international colors for this ASPAC that is bridging two centuries. The most distinctive true colors of JC shall be fulfilled in the Conference.

Loving JC is action, not language. We stick to this belief and are willing to write down new pages in the history. Let JCI Taiwan, Chung-Li embrace this opportunity and cherish such a precious chance to serve you.

This will be a wonderful opportunity to hold JCI ASIA PACIFIC CONFERENCE in Chung-Li,Taoyuan,Taiwan. It is my great honor to introduce the different cultures of Taoyuan.In this changing world, keep the features of Taoyuan is what we concerned. The scenery we preserve on behalf of our history and memory. I will learn from all our predecessors and follow their successful steps to lead our organization in this excited and challenging year by doing my best. I hope we all would have a fruitful and glorious year. We, with full lconfidence, can offer various facilities. See you in Chung-Li in 2007.

Since JCI Chung-Li has established for more than 30 years, we have created glorious history. We combine the chances of “individual, community, world, commerce” to hold every activity, and offer our members the training opportunity. The achievement is great; the affairs of JCI Chung-Li are flourishing, attract more and more members, and come to the top of JCI chapter in Taiwan.

We feel honor to hold 2007 ASPAC in Chung-Li. It is estimated that there will be enthusiastic participation of tens of thousands of elites from different countries in Asia, and the Pacific Ocean. We would offer not only the chance to exchange experiences, but also enjoyment of the cultural characteristics, science and technology and ecological beauty of Chung-Li. Especially, ASPAC gather all JCI members, and improve our sense of honor and mission. We are united to serve and devote, under the creed and purpose and our love of JCI. Besides customary meeting, it also shows the enthusiasm of JCI Chung-Li in the conference. Trough hard working of JCI Chung-Li and the support of JCI Taiwan, we hope to build a perfect international gathering. This is the expectation of JCI Taiwan and JCI Chung-Li.

Since participating in JCI, I have served as vice president of committees, director, vice president, and managing supervisor. Thank for the guidance of older generations, and let me accept support and encouragement from all members again to take over 2007 president. To meet the chance to take the glorious mission of holding 2007 JCI ASPAC, will tried my best to lead JCI Chung-Li to scale new heights.

Under the guide of 22nd president Wang Pai Jan, we have passed through competing for ASPAC since 1995, and it has already passed 11 years. That brings us younger generation of JCI the opportunity to learn since the 20th Chung- Li Annual Convention in 1993. Study and training can be regarded as the lifeblood of JCI, and suppose that we haven’t made the decision to compete for ASPAC, JCI Chung-Li would not be the present JCI Chung-Li. We have established good foundation and prestige these decades, and the achievement was made by all participants from the past until now. I hope that I can build higher quality training environment for all members during my term of office, and work hard with all members through the spirit of expecting together, and supporting together. Except implementing JCI Chung-Li affairs, I also tried hard to gather confidence and persistent of 2007 JCI ASPAC Chung-Li, and advance towards unanimous goal. The president differs from one year to another, but there is only one goal, and remained the same from beginning until now over ten years. This is the value of JCI Chung-Li.

The real energy of JCI Chung-Li lies in the intelligence that absorbs all useful ideas, and let capable member learns and feels happy through participating in activities. I deeply believed that JCI Chung-Li affairs should be like this as well. We can shoulder entrusting and expectation only by intelligence and group's cooperation. Recently, a serious of express advertisements could be seen on TV. Although it has several editions, all of them focus on "the mission must be reached.”  After making the decision to compete for ASPAC, all previous presidents see the mission as lifework, and do the works through spirits of the best whole-heartedly and the mission must be reached. We pay, and we gain. After the efforts for many years, the moment that the clock was stricken to pass through in 2005 ASPAC Macao just like time was ceased. Every member of JCI Chung-Li was touched and felt honorable. Even to this day, every generation of JCI Chung-Li members still remain the touching mood and honor. 2006 is the promoting year of JCI Chung-Li ASPAC, and all members would continue for the mission.

Welcome ASPAC Chung-Li; Create JCI Value is the slogan put forward when I was elected, and receive the important task at the same time. Although there are more pressure, due to the support from all members and supervisors, I can bravely step to the learning track that many people would put in their life plans and classify as the essential goal - do things well from the deep of heart, conform to the principle, and benefit all members. Thank all members for the time and energy they paid these days; it was so respected. By this chance, I would like to say sincerely, "Go! JCI partners, everybody has worked hard."

In recent years a new, modern, dynamic Taoyuan has emerged. This new vigor is in evidence at every turn : new construction of hotels, a variety of tourist attractions and world class sports facilities, major new investments in restorations to preserve Taoyuan’s heritage, a significant year-over-year increase in tourist visitors.

Our Conference Organizing Committee, with significant support from the Taoyuan Government, is already well prepared for you and you, and all the facilities that we require to make this conference truly memorable are in place. We are confident that you will benefit from the conference itself, that you will take home with you new ideas to benefit your own communities and the you will long remember Chung-Li City and its unique character.

It is a great honor to win the hosting right for one of the important JCI events – JCI ASPAC. On behalf of my chapter and all of our members, please accept our gratitude for the trust and support from every corners of JCI.
